Cairns part 2

A little taste of Easter break in Cairns.

So I went to surf weekend; got super drunk, skulled more beers in this one weekend than my whole entire life, surfed, swam, made friends, danced so much, actually became competitive, loved life and had a wicked hang over. Life in Aussie is great.

My holiday break is dragging out forever. It doesn’t even feel like Australia is a real thing

I have been crossing a plateau in my mind.
It’s droning on over decades and millenniums,
with no oasis in miles eyesight.
I thought I was awake but realize this is just a slumber.
The groggy haze hasn’t lifted yet,
But I feel myself slowly waking up.

I bought a nexus 7. I’m in love.
